The PEAiCE Project has been developed to map physiotherapy provision and describe physiotherapy practice in Intensive Care Units (ICU) across Europe and beyond. The aim is to promote physiotherapy provision and best practice to improve patients’ care regardless of where they are.

Objective 1
Explore differences and similarities in ICU physiotherapy provision and practice across European and other countries internationally

Promote the best ICU physiotherapy practice across the borders by sharing awareness, knowledge and evidence-informed practice

Promote the development of specialised ICU physiotherapy workforce to improve the quality and outcomes of patient care
